Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for custom charges on all international orders.
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes & duties.

Returns

We accept returns requested 14 days from the delivery date of the product, and return postage will be paid by customer to our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges pending availability of the size, if exchange is requested 14 days from the delivery date of the product. Return postage of the original item will be paid by customer to our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Free standard shipping will be available for shipping of the new product. If express shipping is desired or is the only option, this will be paid by the customer.
