Due to overwhelmed local shipping solutions in US, Europe and around the world, Standard Shipping could be up to twice as long as in regular times. If you wish to get your headbands soon, we HIGHLY recommend selecting "Expedited Shipping" at checkout!

As a small business owner, shipping and logistics is the part that causes the most headache! I am trying to include as many countries as I could manage, starting with ones where our past customers are based. Currently, we ship to the following regions, with the best rates we could find.

Please note that Yunotme is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Tax that may occur upon delivery and these fees are not refundable. For regions marked *, you get free shipping above orders of US$130 /HK$1,000!

Return Policy

Boo hoo sorry it didn't work out! If you’re not completely happy with your item you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, eligible items, or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery. 

Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.

Your return must be approved before shipping. Please email hello.yunotme@gmail.com and state your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper Return Authorization form will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed as soon as possible,  but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your credit to be issued.
